The property is very nice. Reminds us of the Weston in Whistler. We arrived in early October and the area is very quiet with many restaurants closed until ski season. One major negative. The resort does not provide access to TSN or Sports Net. Given that the MLB playoffs are underway this is extremely disappointing.

Village was just picture postcard Alpine Village. Was summer and weather really good with our room with clear views of mountainside, and slopes. Hotel was excellent and very clean, with large comfortable King sized bed. Tea and coffee machine in room as well as safe and fridge good quality soapd and loads of towels. Helpful, friendly staff with an easy check in process. Plenty of walks and shops despite being end of season also plenty to see and do. Must be amazing in the winter season with the snow and skiing.

Staff were amazing. When I had a problem they were quick to help. They staff were super sweet. The water for showers is not that hot. It works okay but not really hot. The temperature in the room was hot however. A very kind maintenance worker came to look and said it doesn't go below and said I could get a fan so I requested a fan which really helped cool it down. The screen to open the small windows were pretty dusty. Mentioned to staff on my way out and they said they would clean it. Had a few little other things but those were fixed quickly. As I said staff are quick to respond and nice. Also the parking stalls are small, very small. If someone parks just a little off your not getting in or out that way. I had to unpack from my front seat cause the other doors had no chance of opening. And couldn't pull through trunk. Also it's pay parking at the hotel. Just a heads up:) The location is amazing just minutes from the lift, good food places and staff friendly. I also love that they are super dog friendly as well. The big rooms are a plus and it had a big tv that u can link to your Netflix and prime just remeber to log out before you leave. The staff honestly make it amazing and what make me want to give it a better review. Any issues fixed quickly. Some things they can't fix so it is what it is. But I think people would enjoy staying here overall. I would give it a 3.5/4 out of 5 total. And recommend it as a place to stay.

Beautiful property in every way. Just stayed one night on our trip through the Rockies and wished we could had stayed longer. The front desk especially went above and beyond! Highly recommended.

Waren für eine Nacht dort, Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sauber. Das Hotel ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenn man ehrlich ist den Vollpreis nicht wert, kurz gesagt möchte es mehr sein als es ist. Nach einer größeren Renovierung wäre es bestimmt wieder ein gutes Hotel.. speziell durch die direkte Lage am Skigebiet.

Help with the luggage and valet parking was available, which is unusual for most hotels these days. They even cleaned the car windows before delivering the car for our onward journey. Check-in was a little slow, as only one person was handling several customers at a desk for club members. There was no one at the front desk, but a few minutes later, another staff member showed up and helped a customer at the front desk. When we got to the room, our luggage had already been delivered. We booked a table at Mantles, the hotel restaurant. It was not busy, but there were numerous wait staff members to help. The kitchen was slow, probably because there were not enough chefs. The menu was a little limited. My wife asked for a half portion of salad as she is always worried about overly generous portion sizes. The waitress checked with the chef and was told they could not accommodate the request. Seriously? My choice of grilled wild salmon, however, turned out to be a good one. They did not serve bread, and we had to ask for bread rolls. They only had focaccia, which was a bit too salty. For the price we paid for the room, I had expected a more upscale hotel, so that was a disappointment.
