“Boutique feel, nice property, friendly staff but alas service is way too slow from restaurant and bar, food als underwhelming. This was our second stay in a space of two years so looks like some backsliding has taken place. Took a whole hour to get a very basic order of goat muchomo, drink service too slow testing our patience, next day same thing even with just basic cappuccinos - will have to reconsider a revisit or if I do: dine elsewhere unless service gets its act together ”

“This was the best visit at any Best Western Hotel. The team makes it such a great experience. From check-in to check-out and in between. “It’s a very pretty place as a whole. The patio and other common areas were well maintained and the plants made it so welcoming. It didn’t feel like we were in a city. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable with the addition of the fan to keep the room cool. It also had a small fridge. Something most places I stayed didn’t have. My only issues were the front desk staff didn’t have written down (on a log book) the reservation correctly and it didn’t coincide with what I booked……
