“Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their……

“Staff is very attentive and all the basic aspects are great -- good wifi, very solid breakfast buffet, hot water for showers. There is also a strong evening vibe of live music and buffet dinners that makes the property relaxing if you are here on business. ”

“Well equipped and clean apartments with lovely view. Downside was no wifi working - have since received an apology but nonetheless it spoiled our impression as it created much hassle while we were there. Apart from that lovely area.”

“Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out.”
