“We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms”

“From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. “We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!”
