This house and Host (Scott) were amazing! The place was well put together, comfortable and had everything we needed! The views the neighborhood and the beautiful red rocks with stars just breath taking!!! Scott was the best hosts with suggestions and constant contact made it even better. The neighbors are so wonderful and the area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful! I cant say enough about our stay it was a 10+ and then some. We did a lot of activities including Bryce and Zion and many more!

This land is otherworldly. Being from Florida, my nine- and seven-year-old daughters were blown away. We hit all the parks: Zion, Bryce, GC, and even had a dusting of snow on the way to GC in mid-October. Scott was amazing, although there was nothing we needed from him, because the place was perfect. Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

This property in Kanab absolutely exceeded our expectations. We decided on the location due to its proximity to Bryce/Zion and that worked out perfectly. The home itself is immaculately maintained and updated, and filled with lots of luxury items like special soaps, shampoo, and much more. The property owner also had lots of little amenities like free coffee, paper plates, laundry detergent etc. We’ve stayed in lots of places but have to say - this was the most generous! We grilled out nightly too and had access to an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great after strenuous hikes. Overall, such a cute little town and Scott, the owner, was very kind and generous with us. I would highly recommend this place!

One of the cleanest, well equipped and most accommodating places we have stayed at. From prior to arrival to even after leaving, communication was superb and helpful. There are many kitchen appliances (crockpot, etc), grill utensils, etc that came in or would have come in very handy. I just can’t say enough. 3 bikes are supplied, a closet full of games, and my personal fav thing - a binder full of useful info for the house and surrounding area! Would definitely return and can’t recommend enough! Scott & family truly provide a ‘home away from home’.

Our family stayed in Kanab, UT while we visiting the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. It was a perfect home base, and we could not ask for more in a house for this experience. The owner was extremely helpful with property and area information and quickly responded to any of our questions or needs. We tried most of the restaurant recommendations which were terrific, even for kids with allergies or food preferences. The locals are very friendly. The home is meticulously and beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious, and has all of the amenities you could ask for. We rode the 4 bicycles around the scenic town and used the fitness center. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, watching March Madness on the large screen TV, and having the use of the Keurig coffeemaker. It was amazing to be able to access many hikes and adventures from this location, including beautiful hikes and trails starting right in the neighborhood (ie- K Hill and Tom's Canyon). We hope to come back again in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I cannot recommend this property enough! This was the best VRBO that I have EVER stayed in! Scott & Eden were great hosts! They thought of everything! From ziploc bags, foil, saran wrap, condiments in stocked, to games to play, puzzles, great music, etc. No detail was left unnoticed! We had a delightful stay in Kanab and much due to the comfortable stay that felt so much like our own home. Scott was attentive and contacted us multiple times throughout before and throughout the stay to check in and make sure our stay was going well and we were doing well. We appreciated the contact. Our stay at this house was fabulous! The best place we have ever stayed, for several reasons. The owners obviously show great pride in their home. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. They had an excellent guidebook, as well as an App with great tips and suggestions! The beds were very comfortable, as was the entire house. The location is fantastic, between Bryce, Zion, Glen Canyon and many other hiking trails and sights to see. The owners were so easy to communicate with through before, during, and after our trip. Can’t say enough about this rental experience! We will definitely stay here again when we can!

This home was a beautiful and incredibly clean home and stocked with all that you might need. It was a wonderful base place to stay for visiting Zion, Bryce, and Lower Antelope. This property was perfect for us and a great location (very quite). The house was very well stocked, from spices and pots & pans in the cabinets to coolers and bicycles in the garage. We have stayed in a dozen VRBOs and this was the best and has set a new standard for 5 stars for us. Other then well stocked it was the cleanest place we have every stayed. Scott was attentive to us then entire trip which made me feel much better if something were to go wrong in the house (nothing did). Overall, I can't recommend this enough. Great experience at this VRBO.

We love love LOVED the property .......beautiful new interior, lots of space, beautiful patio and firepit which we used several times......lovely location near the red rocks .........everything about the house was perfect. We used Kanab as a base and went out every day to one of the parks etc......Grand canyon N. Rim, Bryce, Zion, Cedar breaks, Kolob canyons, Moqui Cave and of course no visit to Kanab would be complete without visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary .......wished we could have stayed longer! 5 STARS and highly Recommend!!!!

Our family of 4 stayed here while visiting the National Parks in southern Utah and Page, AZ. The house was the perfect home base. It was clean and well equipped. Scott was the perfect host. His Guest Welcome Book had all the information we needed about the house, restaurant recommendations, grocery stores and thing to do in the area. He was in contact to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying in this home. You won't be disappointed.

The four of us really enjoyed staying at Kanabin. First of all, the home was spotless, I was using a paper towel to clean up a spill we made and no dirt came up. The house was spacious and with 10 foot ceilings, seemed even larger. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked. The location was close to town, 3 minute car ride, 20-30 walk. The owner was in close communication and we were allowed an early check-in. We highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Kanab! The house is beautiful, well equipped and exceptionally clean. We made use of the pool each night and the fire pit. Communication with Scott could not have been better, from the advance welcome text to the renter guide, recommendations, etc. I would absolutely recommend this stay, probably one of our best ever rentals!

What a blessing to get to stay in such a wonderful home in Kanab that served as our home base for the fun adventures we did all around! The house was so clean and comfortable, a beautiful view, outstanding location and such a warm and welcoming owner who made sure our stay was going well and we had all we needed!
