We got charged twice for breakfast.we asked it to be billed to room tge night before, but buffet staff said they could not see the room charge so we paid cash the next morning to them. At check out we explained what happened to front desk. She said they would remove room charge, but it popped up on my bank statement today. Staff is nice, just not on the ball. Lodge is cute, but needs remodel. Room furnishings were dated and chipped. TV audio did not work part of time.

The location is great, close to Zion and Grand Canyon. Room was ok, old furniture. Bedding was uncomfortable for us. Motel was nosiy, with loud converstaions and dogs barking. Parking was limited due to several large vehicles with trailers over occupying the parking lot. Breakfast buffet featured greasy over cooked sausages. Otherwise Lodge has a link to film making history which is noteworthy. We had expected a better experience.

We had a good stay here. It was great learning about all of the movie stars who have frequented this hotel. This hotel definitely has a little charm to it. The front desk building is nicely updated and clean. The individual rooms could use some updating in terms of furniture but the bed was extremely comfortable. Slept really well! We opted to do the breakfast in the morning ($10 for guests) it was really good! Lots of choices. My favorite was the French toast and homemade chocolate chip cookies. I heard they do old movies every night but we didn’t go. Instead we walked around the city and ended up at the city park which was really nice to relax at!

Tolle Lodge. Charmante Erinnerung an Hollywoods Schwarz-Weiß-Zeiten. Mobiliar vielleicht schon ein wenig abgeliebt. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit Parkplatz davor in der zauberhaften kleinen Stadt. An der Straße gelegen, dass man auch zu Fuß überall hin konnte. Es war trotzdem in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Netter Pool, Feuerschalenromantik am Abend. Da wir erst später einchecken konnten, erhielten wir unaufgefordert Getränke und Frühstücksgutscheine. Frühstück in dem nostalgieumwehten Haus unbedingt zu empfehlen. Sowohl wir als auch unsere Teenager empfanden die Parry Lodge als eine der schönsten Übernachtungen unseres Roadtrips. Schöne Lädchen, tolle Restaurants. Preislich sehr angenehm im Verhältnis. Da Kanab super liegt und man von hier so viele Top-Spots schnell erreicht, würde ich das nächste Mal mindestens 3 Übernachtungen planen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This is definitely an older property. We laughed so hard when we were handed actual metal keys to unlock our rooms. But it was a clean, safe, quiet place and the price was right. we'll probably stay here again if the price is right. Didn't have the breakfast because we felt it was pricey. We jumped in the pool for a minute, but felt it was cold. We loved the firepits near the pool area.

The biggest disappointment was the horrible bathroom water fixture that room 165 had installed. It was almost impossible to find a small trickle of water as there was no easy way to adjust the flow. In my opinion the service workers should have informed the front desk that this could be a problem for guest weather old or young. I normally don`t complain, but since you asked I am. Bob Bowers...

The history of the property's link to Hollywood is truly a reason to check out this Motel. The closeness to several national and state parks is another reason. While it is an older property it has been nicely updated and very quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Parry Motel to anyone looking for a unique and pleasant stay in Kanab, Utah.
