The Space:
Trails for days, literally! Explore the new Tilted Mesa Mountain Bike trails just 2 miles away, or any of the nearby trails - this home is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. At the end of the day, enjoy a soak under the stars in the private hot tub. Comfortably accommodates 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Living Area - Sofa, 2 chairs, Smart TV, and a Nintendo with 60 games.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (complimentary coffee), toaster, kitchen island with seating for 4.

Dining Area - Dining table with seating for 6.

Laundry Area - Washer & dryer in a closet just off the kitchen.

Master Suite - King bed, Smart TV, workstation, closet, ensuite bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
This home is situated about 8 miles east of downtown Kanab. It's 2 miles from the new mountain bike trails at Tilted Mesa.

Please be aware that the owners of this home live on site in a separate house so please be courteous and respectful of their space.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
