“We needed a place to stay while visiting friends in Forest City. This house was perfect for us. I wish we had more time to explore the lake.”

“The weather was cold and windy, but the views were absolutely beautiful. The house is open and spacious. There was enough room for our group of 10 to be able to spend quality time together around the table or hang on the couch in the living room. The beds were super comfy and nice sized rooms. Overall, it was the perfect place for our group to be able to meet up, hang out, and reconnect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place!”

“This property has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances, utensils, cook and bakeware needed to prepare any meal. The bed and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The living areas were comfortable, but, the real attraction was the front deck and enclosed porch with the great view of the lake. We were there in the off season late September early October and it was nice and quiet. I imagine there would be more activity at the height of summer. We……

“For the past 23 years, us college girls have been getting together every Labor Day… We loved the space in this home for all of us….Everything close by…We rented a pontoon, we played games around the table, we watched wildlife, we walked to Ventura, we had pizza at Other Place Clear Lake, we went to watch a band in Ventura and Clear Lake… we had a great meal at Sevens in Clear Lake….we met up with dear friends in Clear Lake…We ran out of time….There was enough room for all of us and everything we……

“This lovely 1870s home has been masterfully preserved and I was even able to hear quite a bit about the homes history which is so much fun! The house is spacious offering all the comforts necessary to really rest and relax but also 23 minutes from The shrine of the Grotto of the redemption if you're looking for adventure.
