“Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .”

“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. “We stayed here as part of a longer trip in Japan for our honeymoon. Chika was excellent at communicating before we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. Great location in Echoland, 5 minute walk to the main street and lots of shuttle stops for ski resorts within 5 mins or less walk. Discount on rentals and lift tickets was great. We stayed in the adjacent log building which was beautiful and had a great kitchen and shared living area with a fire. Room itself was lovely, really cosy and warm……
