“Loved the location. Closer to Flinders Chase and Seal Bay. Beach walking distance. Store at corner was multi functional. Lots of room to spread out. Enjoyed the large deck.”

“Loved how the house opened up to the deck! And loved the view from the deck of the ocean, the dolphins and the kangaroos. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Penneshaw beach was my favourite beach, there was a well stocked grocery store in town and we loved the vibe at the pub. ”

“Is a nice house with all ammenities , recently updated , nice kitchen etc. only downside is small aircon in main room . Day we arrived it was warm so the house was really hot and stuffy , took forever to cool down. Also the windows can’t have open at night because there’s holes in wire mesh so u get heaps of bugs come in( which we found out) . And the other downfall is bedroom and the deck side of main room doesn’t have windows u can open so when there’s a breeze u can’t cool bedroom down ”

“Highly recommend Ocean View at Vivonne Bay! The name says it all -- it definitely has the best view in town. The accommodations were perfect for my husband, adult daughter and I. This was our first visit to Kangaroo Island and we found Vivonne Bay to be a great location to explore the island from. Highlights were feeding the wallabies carrots every evening and watching them from the deck and the gorgeous sunrises over the bay. ”
