The stay was great for being the only real hotel in the area. Rooms were nice, with a good restaurant attached to the hotel.
However, staff was limited so don’t expect hotel service like you would in most places. We put the sign up to have the hotel staff replace sheets and towels, but was never serviced over our 5 day stay.
Also, be aware that if you book through Expedia and have to change plans, the hotel will not refund any of your reservation cost… even if it was days in advance.
We reserved several additional rooms for a change in our party’s schedule, and the hotel would not book them directly at the reception desk. We were told to book through Expedia or other online options.
We did. Then when our plans changed due to the flights in and out of the area, the hotel would not allow reservation changes, even 3 days prior to our reservation.
We were charged for the rooms days after we had left due to their refusal to work with us directly and only through online travel companies.
