“This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. I tried buffet as well as alakarte and both were just delicious. Only regret I have is the size of rooms, the size of rooms are very small. But well maintained.”

“Stayed here for two nights and found it clean and convenient. However, this place is let down badly by poorly trained staff who make no effort to make customers feel welcome or at ease. The hotel is nice enough but does not seem to be cut out for the International traveler, due to its extremely limited breakfast choices and staff that are not trained at all for displaying politeness or proper ettiquate ”

“Great stay as usual at Ginger, no complaints. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, free snacks, although the rooms are small, not bad for Mumbai though”

“Breakfast , room dining and dinner prices very reasonable. Dinner thali is excellent based on variety of items and price.Recommendable. Hotel staff service is excellent , attentive and responsive. Breakfast should be included in room package not as add on.”

“Room to improve… Although I have stayed for 1 night, the room was poorly maintained. The toilet was not clean and left without any cleaning after the prior checkout, all smelly. The shower drain was clogged, the clearance affected. Breakfast was ok though. Staff was friendly.”

“Nice clean property located on the service road of Western Express highway. Going across the highway was somewhat painful as U-turns were involved. Autos are available with their usual quirks. Hotel staff helpful. ”

“The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements.”

“酒店工作人员从前台到餐厅人员，很少主动打招呼，没有笑容，房间小，隔音差，紧靠车流量大的马路，晚上很吵。 Bad service, few staff greet and smile to you. The room is small and badly proof of sound, so u can hear the noise from the road. Bad experience. ”
