“If you want to stay in a nice, clean, safe neighborhood. This place is for you. If you think toilet paper, bath towels, paper towels, kitchen towels or rags should be supplied. This place in not for you. It is a basement house and of course I figured there would be some noise from upstairs. Though, in the rules it states quiet time from 9pm to 9am. Upstairs does not follow this......children running, crying, screaming until 11 pm our fist night. Better the next 2 nights. Our last night had water……

“We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable”

“The location, parking, and apartment itself were all very nice. We were able to walk to some restaurants, easy access to highways, and pretty surroundings. Overall I think everything was as expected, but it lacked comforts that you would expect if you spent more time here. The beds are quite uncomfortable, there are not enough towels, and they could use some lamps and a rug in the living room. Small things all in all, but it felt very obvious no one lives here in these details. ”

“Loved our stay here! It was just right for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, linens were all nice too. Hot showers with plenty of water pressure. Walked downtown to the farmers' market on a Saturday it was fun! Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.”
