The pool was closed, breakfast was not there, took 45mins to check in, no hot water to take showers, broken bed frames, very uncomfortable beds, and very disappointing. I asked for a different room got told no i asked if i could get a refund or at least a discount and got told not was not worth the money to stay

My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend. The rooms did not smell good at all. The drawers were not closing and when we showered there was a loud noise. We told the front desk (Tage) and he just said, sorry we will spray something for it to smell good. Tage did not consider switching us rooms until the cleaning ladies offered if we wanted another room. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. We have stayed at other Quality Inn hotels in other states and our experience has never been terrible like this time.

We had no hot water for both days that we stayed. Elevator was broken, and pool was not open!!!!!!!!! We have never had a bad experience with quality inn until now!!!!!!!! Absolutely awful!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life. The rooms are not up to date and not in at all shape for anyone to be in. The whole building is in the worst shape ever. The elevator looked as if it had been out of order for years. The floors are so badly warped they were so weak to walk on. No one should ever stay in this hotel and it should be shut down until all of the building is up to code and in great standing for people to inhabit. The prices are not even close to what is reasonable for those type of hotel rooms. It’s not worth $50 a night. Such a disgrace to the brand and franchise.

Terrible experience. Room was dirty, sheets had stains. Morning employees were rude and unhelpful, night employee barely spoke English. TV had very little channels available and would not go into HDMI mode. I know hotels put TVs into hotel mode, but this is the first time I've been unable to use an HDMI to watch my own shows on my own HDMI device. Indoor pool was closed, elevators didn't work so we had to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Thought we found a great deal but pay for what you get I guess. Would highly highly suggest staying away from this hotel.

I will not be booking this place ever again. My tub didn't come with a stopper to take a bath, the shower head wouldn't work. It was loud in the hallways all night.... Overall not a good experience. I'll pay the extra $10 to go to comfort inn across the highway

It took 4 different tv remotes to get the tv to work. The shower made horrible loud sound. The rubber around the outside of the shower was loose and peeled back. The breakfast options was terrible. Police coming inside the lobby at night with their lights on & looking at the monitor, holding a small child, was worry some. We were easily moved to another room when we had issues with the first room. We were checked in and out with ease.

This is a hard one because we have stayed here frequently and the staff is always friendly, polite and professional. The property needs some serious attention. We travel with our chihuahua and I don’t mind paying extra. I also understand the logic in all guests with pets are booked on the 3rd floor. But my GOD the smell of dog pee in the hall is so strong, your eyes burn. The room was fine, the hall needs the carpet ripped out and burned! We were there last July, and there was a sign on the lobby ice machine that it was out of order-use the one on the 2nd floor. Cool. It’s still there. We didn’t have hot water. Read that again. I went to dinner. Came back and wanted to shower and go to bed. No. Hot. Water. The man at the front desk was super nice, apologetic and put in a service ticket and told me he would call when it was fixed. He did. By that time I had already heated water in the microwave to take my makeup off and had gone to bed. And lastly-you should really just retire the “breakfast”. Bread, bread and more (English muffins, bagels, waffle) bread. Get rid of all the carbs and concentrate on your coffee-that was awful! The people are lovely-the hotel itself really needs maintenance.

I'm not sure how this hotel can still bear the name of the quality inn franchise. There were mismatched tiles in the bathroom in an attempt to make a repair. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a bag with some dirty socks left from the previous guest. The room did not match the photograph of the lobby. I felt like I was revisiting 1987 when I stepped into my room. I completely understand being frugal however this room was in disrepair and it looked cheap. I was disappointed and I actually expect better from this franchise as I have stayed in hotels bearing this name and they were lovely.
