Check-in was smooth. Good conversation with a very friendly receptionist. Room was nice. Pillows were a little firm for my taste, but still okay. The room next to us had a family of at least four and we could hear every. single. thing. We woke up two hours before our alarm to the kids screaming and squealing, and the mom telling them to wipe their butts, put pants on, etc. Check-out was fairly quick, but detatched, lackluster. We weren't asked how our stay was, just given our receipt and sent away.

This was a short stay before going to our final destination. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The best part of the stay was our dinner at the Brew Pub. Our waitress was amazing. I can’t remember her name though. Sorry about that. All in all a good stay even though we didn’t win anything gambling.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Would not turn on at all. Staff said maintenance would fix it in the morning - which would be after we were already gone. I'm sure they were fully aware that it wasn't working when they gave us the room.

Made my reservations through Expedia and was kinda punished for it Expedia promised Valet parking and microwaves in the rooms.. I was informed that Expedia lies. My Mother must have a special diet, thus the need for the microwave. So to make her stay comfortable I had to buy one for the room! and no I dont need one at home so it is just gonna sit on a shelf and collect dust!! Thank You!

Parking is terrible unless you’re an elite member. Even with handicap placard I had to park far away from the entrance. Then the walk from the hotel to the casino felt like a mile. Poor layout.

Average stay. Casino was lame/boring. Nothing but unhappy people smoking. Hotel was okay; long walks from parking to room. Bad smell outside. The room itself was decent. TV was good, shower was good. Bed was okay.

The room was nice. The casino was okay, but having a coffee shop that would not deliver coffee to your room is ridiculous. You have all these food places that will not bring you food. What's the point? So inconvenient. It's not a vacation to relax at all. The food is expensive and the slots are tight. No buffet and it was sad.

No valet. Handicapped and no parking near the front desk. Had to park. Walk all the way to the front desk. Walk all the way back to the car with a luggage cart. Push the cart all the way back past the front desk and down a hallway to the elevator.
