It’s a very “ok” property. You can see the new owners are slowly renovating this very old and beat up property. Got to do a better job with the breakfast though, it’s really weak

The property is convenient to K Med Center. Other than that: landline phone that wasn't connected, no coffee maker or hot water in the room, mold in the tub grout, outside door did not work with key card, wifi did not work, called the front desk several times before they answered, no one was at the front desk at 10:00 am for check out, the parking lot is in desperate need of resurfacing. I could list more, but bottom line, this property is an embarrassment to Wyndham.

Für das was mich in diesem Hotel erwartet hat war es viel zu teuer!! Selbst nach Aufforderung an der Rezeption hat sich überhaupt nichts getan - und das bei einem Preis von über 100 €. Staff was not very welcoming and acted indifferent to a problem which even though it wasnt their fault, was curt. Housekeeping could have washed the muddy dog footprints off the bathroom door but didn't. The air conditioner sounded like there was paper stuck in it. Upon inspection, the filter was so plugged with dirt no air could get through, causing the filter to rattle in the holder. It was quiet after we cleaned it. Bathroom fan vents were dirty too. They must have put in a new smoke detector but left the hole in the ceiling from the old unit.

We were greeted by a woman offering to sell services upon entering the property. She was not the only one in the area. Condition of rooms and bathrooms are worse than they appear in photos. It made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend to anyone, especially those with children.

I reported the tv was not worki g as soon as i checked in aas adviced maintenance would come fix it at midnight still not working i complained and was told they cant wake them up. This property was not the level I come to expect from Baymont. The exterior was run down with broken window screens, windows, and poor presentation lobby entrance. When checked in at 5:00 pm arriving at room discovered not clean. Breakfast was lacking white bread no muffins, bagels, or other bread. Few choices were available.
