The place was disgustingly, dirty inside and out. The safety lock on the door have been broken. The bathtub was incredibly dirty mold/water stains everywhere. The faucet would not stop running the outside had broken down vehicles on flat tires there was graffiti on the building.. I was there to stay five nights. I went in to the office and canceled my reservation and did not stay there even 1 night. I did not feel safe. The worst part about it is the lady still charged me almost $200 to cancel my reservation. Which I thought was wrong because I only left because the room was a mess. It was dirty. The safety latch didn’t work bathtub was running and quite honestly I didn’t feel safe. The swimming pool and swimming pool area was completely abandoned. It just looks like it’s been there for years without ever being touched. Walking to my room there was a loud music and very intense marijuana smell inside the hotel.

1. Tv remote did not work, went to the front desk and they gave me another remote to try, that one failed too. Went back to the front desk, the lady gave me another one. This was repeated 4 different times. Front desk lady said “you can use the buttons on the tv” Mind you, we tried using the button on the tv but theres only 1 button & you have to press and hold to change the channel and you can’t go back only forward. I told her “theres over 70 channels and you want me to click 70 times to look at the different channels?” She then said “we can change you rooms” I said “that would be great” she then said “we don’t have anymore 2bd rooms, i’ll go look at your tv” she never came by our room. 2. The mini fridge does not cool, we checked and its plugged in but not cooling, we turned it down a notch, gave it some time then checked & nothing. Turned it down again & gave it some time then checked again, nothing. We have waters, juices & a gallon of milk we needed to keep cold. 3. The shower drains very slow, literally showered in above ankle water the whole time. 4. The tub floor is not attached/coming apart from the floor, has a jelly feeling when stepping on it. Felt dizzy moving around the tub trying not to lose balance. 5. Found an entry bracelet for adult laying on the bathroom sink that did not belong to us, if they really cleaned it, there shouldn’t have been other people’s trash laying around. 6. They advertise an outdoor pool but it was closed 7. Ice machine out of service

After reading the description of the property we chose to stay here, big mistake. When we got in our room we could smell cigarette smoke. Could hear the people talking from the room across the hall. The bathroom looked like no one ever really cleans it just maybe wipes it down with a dirty rag, the shower hardly had water coming out, it just filled the tub and was so slippery you would almost fall. We put some stuff in the fridge to keep it cold, however, we didn't notice until morning that they leave everything unplugged so our stuff was warm when we got it out. We wanted some ice and water, but none of the ice machines worked and the vending machines were sold out. So we figured ok well we will get breakfast in the morning, sadly it was inedible. The eggs were so dry, figured they must have been powdered eggs, the sausage was too spicy to even get past the first bite.

It was not clean or well maintained. Did not look like pictures on line at all. Pool was not in working order. Heard staff raise their voices at other customers. Will not stay there again.

Would not recommend. Sketchy place. Outside doors would either not open at all or were always open, no one answered the front desk phone, comforter with visible stains, hotel van with a flat tire parked right in front. On the desk chair in the room was a pair of dirty socks from a previous guest. In the mini-fridge was an almost empty bottle of liquor. This is the type of place that maintains bare-bones standards and doesn't ask too many questions.

Check-in was easy. A limited hot breakfast served. The layout of rooms is confusing, the security on the external doors was not working, and the room refridgerator was broken. Please note, there is no elevator.

My stay at this hotel was far from ideal. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. Security was major concern. Many of the exterior doors either didn’t respond to my key card or were left completely unlocked, meaning anyone could enter the building. That made me question how secure the property really was. The laundry facilities were frustrating to use — washing cost $2 and drying $1, but the machines only took coins. There was no coin dispenser available, and no place to purchase laundry detergent or fabric softener on-site, which made doing laundry needlessly difficult. There was also no pool as advertised, and overall, the hotel lacked basic amenities and consideration for guest comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The pool was closed due to health reasons, the breakfast is gross and old, the building was hot, felt like it had limited ac, the AC in the room however was decent I will admit. And the lady started yelling at me when I didn't remember what room I checked in
