Important Things to Note
We’re excited to host you! Please book under your full legal name and use any major credit card for payment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the number of guests in the home must match your reservation, and only registered guests are allowed during your stay.
Check-In/Out Times
• Check-in is after 3:00 PM Central, and check-out is by 11:00 AM Central. You will receive a code for the electronic lock, which is active only during your reserved stay (typically from 3 PM to 11 AM). This code will be disabled outside of these hours.
Security Deposit & Guest Guidelines
• To help safeguard the home, a refundable security deposit of $119 is required, covering up to $5,000 in potential damages.
• We kindly ask that you treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own.
• Bookings are accepted under your full legal name, and we accept all major credit cards for payment. To maintain our 5-star hospitality, the number of guests must not exceed the reserved amount. Unauthorized guests are not permitted to ensure the safety and comfort of all.
• Please note that all guests must leave the property by 11 PM to respect the neighborhood and other residents. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Health & Safety Guidelines
• We offer convenient contactless self-check-in and are available 24/7 by text or phone to provide support throughout your stay. To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, we require adherence to city-wide and property-specific COVID-19 guidelines.
• Our professional cleaning team follows rigorous OSHA and CDC protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• For your security and peace of mind, we partner with ADT to deliver advanced smart security systems with 24/7 monitoring across the property.
Cancellation
• This listing has Free 7, Flexible, and Non-refundable cancellation policies available for selection.
• If you book with Free 7 cancellation, you can cancel up to 7 days before your check-in and get a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable, except for applicable fees.
• If you book with Flexible cancellation, you can cancel up to 7 days before your check-in and get a 50% refund. If your plans change within 7 days of check-in, the reservation is non-refundable, though any applicable fees will be returned.
• Bookings made with a non-refundable cancellation policy will be charged the full price of the reservation.
No parties or events
• NO GUEST AFTER 11 PM: We love that our home is a place where families can come together—whether it’s a holiday dinner, birthday, or just quality time with loved ones during the day. Those kinds of gatherings are welcome.
• THAT SAID, PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GUESTS AFTER 11 PM AREN’T ALLOWED. If these rules are broken, your stay will be canceled immediately, with no refund. I’m prepared to come by myself or have the police come to ask you to leave if needed. No exceptions.
Drug Use
• No illegal drug use is allowed, including the use of Cannabis (Marijuana).
Smoking Allowed — With Some Important Rules
• Smoking is allowed outside only; we provide ashtrays for your convenience. Smoking inside the home is never permitted.
• If we catch you smoking indoors, your stay will be ended immediately, and you’ll be asked to leave. We understand and respect that many guests smoke, and we want you to feel comfortable. We just ask that you please respect our no-smoking rule inside to keep the home fresh and safe for everyone.
Parking
• You’re welcome to use the driveway for parking. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. For your peace of mind, the property is monitored 24/7 with ADT security and a Ring doorbell.
Internet
Wi-Fi Network: Padase
• Password: Provided the morning of your check-in.
Televisions
• All the TVs are smart.
• You’re welcome to access Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ using the Padase account.
• Downstairs, there’s a 75-inch LG TV in the living area. Upstairs, the living area has a 48-inch TV equipped with a Roku device.
• If you have access to another service you wish to use while staying at Padase, please sign in and access that service with your account.
Pets
• Pets welcome - $35 for each pet, per stay. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and be responsible for their care.
Carpet
• Please remove your shoes upon entering to help keep our carpets clean. You can leave them to the right of the table holding the welcome book.
Kitchen:
The equipment in the kitchen is easy to use, but there are a few things to note.
• The garbage disposal switch is located on the right side of the sink, just to the left of the stove.
• Please avoid putting any solid items down the sink.
• Dishwasher tablets are stored under the sink.
• Trash bags can be found in the laundry room.
• Pots and pans are stored in the cabinet below the stove.
• We have provided you with a coffee maker stocked with fresh coffee so you can kick off your mornings with a hot, comforting cup.
• Dishes are easy to find — they’re above the blender, just left of the ice maker. Silverware and utensils are in the drawers to the right of the oven.
• Feel free to help yourself to any of the condiments in the fridge — they’re there to make your stay a little easier and more enjoyable.
• And when you’re done cooking, please double-check that the stove and oven are turned off.
Linen
• We’ve provided bath sheets, towels, and washcloths for your comfort. They’re here to help you relax and refresh during your stay. Just a small favor — please avoid using them to remove makeup, so they stay fresh and last longer for everyone to enjoy.
Toilet/Bathroom
• Just a quick favor for the bathroom: Please refrain from flushing wipes or feminine hygiene products. Many wipes are labeled “flushable,” but they don’t break down like toilet paper and can clog the pipes or cause plumbing problems. Please place these items in the garbage so everything runs smoothly during your stay.
Cleaning
• We’ve provided dish soap and sponges so you can easily keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy during your stay. You’ll find additional cleaning supplies in the laundry room. If needed, a broom, dustpan, and vacuum are stored in the closet.
• For your peace of mind, the home is professionally cleaned following CDC and OSHA standards.
Air Conditioner
• For the best cooling, please make sure all windows and doors are closed before turning it on. Also, remember to switch it off when you leave the property. You’ll find the Nest AC control in the hallway across from the master bedroom.
