Front desk, Paddy, acted as if we were inconveniencing him at check-in. The room was fine. We stayed on a Saturday night. The people above us (had to have been kids) were running and stomping from 9pm until 1am. We called the front desk at midnight to report it, but it continued for another hour. In the morning, the same employee, Paddy, was at the front desk. We told him how late it continued and he said, "I can tell people to be quiet, and they reply, 'if we wanted to be quiet we would have stayed home'...but it's a hotel, what do you expect?" Unreal.
