This is a 2nd floor unit of a duplex. There is a flight of stairs up to the unit. Once inside you'll find a living room, dining space, two bedrooms both with king size beds, full bath with a shower, full kitchen, washer and dryer.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
