The TV and internet have been out all day. The hotel is sold out and the staff didn’t tell anyone until I just turned my tv on 5 hours after checking in to find it was out after going to the front desk. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused to give me his name and said he wasn’t here. I asked about a discount on the room and they said that I would have to ask the manager about that.

Don’t have much of tv channels and the elevator wasn’t working but and would help if the vending machines takes debit cards but other then that it was ok

Not a bad stay but they charge you a hundred dollars plus 50 dollars and say that you damaged something and keep the deposit. Won’t be going back to this place again so be careful when booking because they will keep the deposit and say you broke something.

Dirty, Homeless People inside, smells like marajuana everywhere. Key card never worked properly, parties going on after hours in rooms, very noisy, elevator broken and not being repaired. Unsafe for kids.

I don't know if the young lady at the desk was new or just incompetent but it took me even though I had paid online with a reservation through Expedia almost half an hour to check in she immediately got on her phone. Same with check out and why do we have to physically check out but anyway took 15 minutes and when I walk up to the desk she immediately got on her phone and was speaking her native language.
