The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.

The property had a very strong odor of chlorine the second I walked in the door. Moldy wall paper in the bathroom. Continuous drip in the shower. Carpet did not apperar to be very clean both in the room and hallways.

Great property and location. Only issue is they ran out of bath towels. Didn’t get any new ones until hours after asking. Only one elevator working at check out which made difficult to leave. Very friendly employees.

Kids were knocking on people door throwing things out the windows running throw the parking area with guns.. loud all night a day…. Room bed was not clean. Sink in bathroom would take 1 hr to drain… kids that was running in an out all night broke my truck side mirror…I stay in room 522.. kids were very load all night

We liked the appearance of the building, very Spanish style. Room wasn’t as pictured, a desk was there rather than table and chairs. We ended up eating out due to inadequate seating. The bathroom was pretty gross and hair in the shower. We used our linens to clean it up as there was a family reunion happening that apparently had some complications? Pool key didn’t work, someone had to let others in. None of their pool keys (separate from room key) would work. The outlet in our rooms didn’t work to turn on lights or charge phones. The one by the sink does! Getting linens, towels and bedding took several tries but received everything but pillows eventually. The location is prime, close to nice walking distance to several restaurants. Parking is $25 posted. I did not see that before booking. Breakfast was decent.

I have stayed in many different Hilton properties and this one is in the poorest condition! Carpet was stained and had burn marks. The plumbing in the shower was repaired very poorly. There’s to much more to mention. The hotel really needs a total renovation! Also the food at the free breakfast was not very good! I did find the employees very nice and friendly.

Outdated for the price. Parking area is scary and confusing. Lobby is neat but very hot. The whole building is damp and hot. It feels like 1979 in there.

Tammy and another gentlemen who was at the front desk working too was was very kind and helpful. The two bartenders were great too. But overall the property is in terrible shape, run down, dirty, bad service. We never got our room clean, trash emptied, new towels without asking. Milk was sour, bread was moldy and old. This property needs a lot of work.

The inside was very cute, like a town square in Europe. The room fronts were also very cute, with two floor-to-ceiling windows on either side of the door, which gave it a more homey feel. The room was nice and fairly clean, although we did find a pair of shoes under the bed, so maybe there could be more detail out into the cleaning. The bartender at the restaurant, Andre, was the best! He was very kind and friendly and personable. He really went above and beyond to ensure you had what you wanted.
