When we checked in there was no water in the hotel. We couldn’t use the bathroom, wash our hands or anything like that. The bathroom had dry urine on the floor in front of the toilet. The evening desk clerk did not understand English very well and could not answer any questions we had. Otherwise, it had hot water in the shower immediately and the bed was very comfortable. The room, other than the bathroom, was very clean and nice.

Exterior lighting didn't work, breakfast bar was out of food and dirty tables, key cards didn't work to exterior door. Have stayed there several times and this is the worst condition the hotel has been in when we have stayed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. I recommend upgrading refrigerators to make sure they function properly, and to put up signage that children must be accompanied by adults at the breakfast bar, and have a staff member monitoring.

The hotel was ok. It was really not as nice looking as the internet pictures showed. It is a bit more run down. Our bathroom had paper/insulation falling from it the entire time we were there. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying honestly. One morning of our stay the water was turned off for hours and they did not give us any notice. On another day, when there was some extreme weather, the staff didn’t seem to know anything about the weather and when asked about a plan for potential warnings they didn’t know of any. Another guest and I made a plan of our own. Then on our last morning the fire alarm went off in the early morning. Some of us stuck our head out of our rooms. There seemed to be no sense of urgency. After quite a few minutes the alarm stopped. I thought maybe the staff would communicate with us we were ok or something, but I never heard anything. I feel like the lack of knowledge and communication from the staff on some pretty urgent situations was not quite professional. I know I won’t be staying at this particular hotel again.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. The breakfast was great! The WiFi password wasn’t given to us and the tv was horrible to navigate. No guide or anything in the room for the tv. The bathroom was not as clean as it should’ve been and the beds were hard. The facility was a little run down and needed a freshen up!

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dropping ceiling material into the bathroom the entire stay, the breakfast staff was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up, the “bacon” was cut up lunch meat, the room door didn’t shut without slamming it and it wouldn’t shut tight.

Our room was convenient, but could have used a deep clean or refresh. There was some gum stuck to the floor in front of the fridge and popcorn under the couch (discovered when the pull out bed was used). Just disappointed that after we reported it, housekeeping did not remove either. There were also several stains on the walls. Bed and bathroom were clean.
