If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.
This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including three king, four queen and two full beds. If you have more than 18 guests, air mattresses will be provided!
