We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I did like the fact that they accepted pets and that they had continental breakfast which my kids enjoyed, but that was about it. We got in very late. Upon checking in, I had reserved 2 rooms & a pet reservation. They only saw 1 room and no pet, so we had to fix the reservation at the desk. I was very tired.
The parking lot gets very full at night, so we had to park pretty far away to get a spot. My husband has a knee scooter from an achilles injury, so I was bit concerned about the condition of the parking lot in that area. It’s extremely uneven and there are lots of rocks and gravel which is unsafe. I was out walking my dog and headed to my car to grab something and I ended up falling and skinning my knee really bad. Once I got back inside, I asked the front desk attendant for the manager and some first aid. He gave me a couple of bandages, but said the manager would be in the next day. I wanted to file an incident report.
The next day comes and STILL no manager. Actually, the manager never showed up at all. My concerns fell on deaf ears, because the people running the place weren’t interested in helping my situation at all.
They were very rude with my kids and actually kicked them out of their room, even though I requested a late check out. I believe their booking system is very archaic and in desperate need of an upgrade. 2 weeks later, my knee is still messed up. They did fix the bogus charges on my card. Won’t be back ever.
