We had experience of outstanding service at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort in every way. The staff was super friendly. We had two concierges at our villa - Cielo and David - who was in touch with us with all tiny details of our needs. We got a welcome bottle of champagne in our room and then bye rose bottle. The swimming pool and buffet were all nearby. Everything was so comfy and feel like home. and entertainment was amazing!

Same food everyday. In buffet some empty plates, not enough stuff to fill the plates. Not many spots to swim in the sea. Sometimes rooms where not cleaned. Huge property. Takr some time to figured out where is what. Noy my info was provided for VIP clients. Only at the end of my vacations found all pleasures of VIP access.

Definitivamente volveria a este hotel y sin dudarlo reservaria por medio de Expedia!!! La experiencia VIP gracias a la alianza con Expedia nos encantó, el servicio de concierge de Cielo y David fue excelente, estuvieron atentos todo el tiempo y fueron muy amables al apoyarnos durante toda nuestra estancia, resolviendo cualquier inquietud y atendiendo todas nuestras dudas.

Es un hotel muy bueno, incluso en temporada alta no estaba atiborrado, el transporte entre lobbies fue muy sencillo en incluso caminando llegas fácil, el servicio muy atento sobre todo el concierge de nuestra villa, fueron Cielo y David, siempre dando buenas sugerencias de actividades o lugares a dónde ir a comer, ayudando con reservaciones y demás por medio de WhatsApp. Es un hotel al que definitivamente regresaría.

Great resort. The dinning was fantastic and the pools were great. The beach was a little weedy and rocky by the White Sands and Colonial areas, but once to got into the water the sand down by the family select section was nice.

Great resort with lots of things to do. Loved the grounds, pools and a la carte restaurants. Pleasantly surprised with upgrade to VIP at check in from booking with Expedia. Our two concierges were wonderful and always available to help us with any questions throughout our stay (thank you Cielo and David!). Angel at the White Sands front desk was also especially helpful and friendly. Staff were amazing overall. This was our second trip to GP White Sands and we would come again.

We just returned home from a week stay and I’ll leave my honest review then be on my way from this page. The resort is a beautiful resort. The people are all very friendly. Upon checking in we were upgraded to VIP guests due to booking through Expedia. I’m not sure why it mattered that we used Expedia, but it granted us access to all resorts including TRS and FS. We were given butler service, which we mainly only used for booking Ala Cart restaurants. Cielo and David were great, always checking in with us and got us Ala carte each and every night including the day we arrived. They also left us a bottle of champagne and chocolates on our last night. We really enjoyed the White Sands pool, as I forgot to mention we stayed in the WS building 59. The pool was the least packed of all of the pools, as compared to Colonial where you could never find a chair after about 10 am. We ate at Portofino, La Adelita, Le Petit Chef (upcharge), El Dorado, Sumptori, and Helios, also The Nest for breakfast once. All were good, but we really didn’t like La Adelita even though it’s Mexican it’s not what we are accustomed to back in the states. The gym is very nice and clean with lots of free weights and machines. The outdoor courts are nice with baskstball, pickleball, archery, pellet shooting, and shuffleboard and mini golf (not great). We walked a lot (20k steps per day), although you could use trolleys if you like. We did one trip to Tulum via collectivo and visited the Ruins. Entertai

We had a wonderful time at the Grand Palladium White Sand. It was very nice to receive the VIP access from Expedia. My favorites restaurants were at TRS. Capricho was the best option for breakfast and lunch. For dinner we went to Portofino, Bahia Brasa, El Gaucho and La Boheme and La Adelina. The best bar at night was at White Sand with Roger and Vladimir. During the day I went to Rocco’s and Ariana snd bar attenders were great. The staff in our building were great. Our concierges, Cielo and David were excellent! We had a great room service ( cleaning, beds, towels, bathroom ). There are many places to walk and many walkways with shade. The girls enjoyed the gym and I really liked the spa. The only downside was the beach and the sargasso ( algae ). But the hotel has an excellent pool with sea water). We really enjoyed our stay, however the VIP access made a great difference.

Grand palladium has a little bit for everyone, kids area and activities were so cute and looked fun. If you want quiet and relaxing, there’s areas for you and if you are wanting loud and inclusive there’s also places within the resort. Overall an amazing hotel
