We booked a private transfer which was great! Would highly recommend. Upon arrival at the resort, we were welcomed in and received a drink, hot towel, and warm reception 😊 Mich did a great job checking us in. One of the drivers brought us to our room with our luggage. Our resident butler showed us how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. It was great! One of the drivers, Alejandro was amazing. He was so friendly and willing to share stories of his family with us. A true blessing ❤️ The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of wildlife to see. I enjoyed that very much. The pools were nice and never over-crowded. No issues with the food. There was always something good to eat. My one minor complaint is the tacos are never ready when the restaurant opens. I really like 🌮 tacos. The only reason we did not rate this an Excellent is for our last day. We were up early for breakfast as our driver was to arrive at 8:30 am. When we returned to our room, the lock didn’t work. We called the office to find that maintenance doesn’t start until 8:00 am. We needed this taken care of immediately as we had to prepare for departure. It took four phone calls before we finally had someone come out and fix the lock so we could get in. Then, somehow, we were checked out of the room without doing anything. No phone, no television, no re-entry, just booted out of the system. We received an apology. I believe it was sincere, but it was a sad way to complete the vacation.

En realidad nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. El equipo en todo momento está dedicado a satisfacer en todo las necesidades de los clientes. Es difícil encontrar un personal tan servicial y dispuestos a hacer hasta lo imposible por satisfacer a los huéspedes. La comida excelente. Y sobretodo el trato amable y servicial del capitán Daniel, Pualina y todas las señoritas que trabajan en los restaurantes desde que uno entra hasta que sale. Quedamos muy agradecidos.

We came here four our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away. The service, the staff, the quality of the food, the premium liquor, the cleanliness of the grounds, the multiple points throughout the day our cabana had been cleaned and turned down, I just cannot rave enough. It was amazing to have the butler service that we could message through whatsapp and their dedication to providing thoughtful yet warm service was unparalleled. It was my husbands birthday the second day we arrived and every staff member we came into contact with knew it was his birthday - we even got a surprise of decorations in our room and a big chocolate cupcake hand delivered to him. The grounds are massive and at first we were determined to walk everywhere the trolleys came in handy especially when wearing high heels to dinner. They were always running and we never seemed to have to wait more than a few minutes before one would come by. The food at TRS was the most incredible food that we have ever had on vacation. The portions, flavour, and variety kept us both stuffed but there were so many healthy and whole food options it wasn't just a bunch of junk food but food that made you feel good. My only critique was that there wasn't a lot of pool activities and the ones we did have seemed to be a bit disorganized and didn't really bring that fun silliness that you want sometimes on a holiday. I would caution too that the cabaret was more on the risque side, had I known I would not have gone.

Everything was excellent. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was we thought we were being given a tour of the property but it ended in a sales pitch, no tour and when the guy realized we weren’t interested he was very rude. Apart from that everything was super. Highly recommend

Second time at TRS. It did not disappoint. Things can happen that may be unplanned and the resort staff was always ready to make things right and quickly respond to anything. The chic cabaret is a must. The infinity pool is a vibe! All staff are just so friendly, quick, and they are committed to you having a fantastic time. It’s a bit of a hike from the airport, but worth it having spent time at other resorts around Cancun.

The food was amazing, our concierge service was top notch and they knew all the ways to help us enjoy our time in Mexico. I will be returning to this resort in the future.

The hospitality of the employees was excellent. The time was well spent. Lots of walking but they were pretty good with picking you up in the carts. Our butlers Alex and Gabbie in villa were wonderful. Always greeted us with warm welcome and very helpful to whatever we needed. Gave good recommendations for literally everything from how to get somewhere faster or which food place is preferred. The property had several different pools including a fresh water pool. There’s one located in the spa that kinda had river the went into a big pool. The spa was beautiful and had very unique features. Including a stone walk that had pressure jets that help stimulate. Our first time ever getting a massage and I fear there will be nothing will be able to compare. The food was okay but was upset that everyday the rice was undercooked): other than that I wish they’d incorporate more traditional dishes. Heard from another guest it was better to go off property to eat. I’d recommend make reservation early on to each restaurant so you can try them out. The staff made me feel special all vacation long once they learned the trip was for my birthday! I can’t tell you enough in the review how polite the staff was and how well we were treated. And to our Expedia host thank you again Fernanda you are amazing and made my trip well spent.

The staff was extremely helpful in preparing for our trip and continued great service until the end of the trip. I would recommend this location for anyone that is looking for an all inclusive facility.

We stayed at TRS Yucatán for five days. The resort is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for couples looking for a quiet, adults-only escape. The food was consistently excellent at every location we visited, and the poolside and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The dining experiences at Tentazione, Poseidon, and El Gaucho really stood out, and the Le Petit Chef dinner show added something special to our stay. We did upgrade through the Palladium Travel Club, which gave us a beautiful room and added access, but it also brought some frustrating complications. The upgraded room initially had two small separate beds, and resolving the room change took far too much time and coordination — we had to handle our own luggage and move between butlers mid-trip. Transportation across the resort was inconsistent at best; even with a VIP wristband, we often had to wait a long time for carts or were passed over entirely. Some carts refused to drive us back to our villa, which we later learned was a policy — but that wasn’t clearly communicated. The inconsistency in butler communication and scheduling was another recurring issue that made the experience feel more self-managed than “all-inclusive.” Still, certain staff truly saved the trip. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made a huge difference and helped us enjoy.

We enjoyed a lot of different things about the property. One thing we didn’t like is the miniature golf course. After eight years, it hasn’t change…not even worth playing it. They shouldn’t even be able to advertise it…families and children are constantly disappointed if they were looking forward to it. Absolute waste of space. Repurpose it into something fun, like electric go carts, or something else.

The property and staff where perfect, did not like the weird sales pitches at check in to buy spa and messages and for the upgraded show. After a 17 hour day flying there the sales pitches were unexpected and tacky. Could do with out those next time but other then that the butlers where amazing!! Fransisco, Antonio and Andrea went above and beyond and made the stay there that much better! The private pool was amazing and we found we preferred that over trying to find a spot at the infinity pool. The rock/sea pool was awesome and there was always chairs available there. We liked how you could swim with the fishes and it felt like being at the beach just not on the beach. You have to experience it to know what I’m talking about. Food was great at the trs buffets and the Al a cart places fill up fast for dinner but again the butlers make it happen for you no matter what! Download WhatsApp as that is how everyone communicates and it’s a lot easier then going to them. Room service was great and fast no matter when you order. This place is huge and never feels over crowded. You feel like it’s empty and there only there to serve you.
