“The Blyde Mountain Country House is set back off the main roads, and quite peaceful, charming and very welcoming. Bets (short for Elizabeth) surprised us with an upgrade, and the cottage room was delightful. It was spacious with a small kitchenette and adequate size bathroom including a walk in shower and built in shower bench. We really enjoyed the hot water and water pressure! “The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10.”

“Excellent host and staff are very friendly. Room had the best view over the riverbed, it was great sitting outside in the evenings, listening to the sounds of the bush. Room had everything we needed. Pool was lovely on hot days! Great value for money!”

“Unvergleichliche Ausblicke auf die Rondavels und den Canyon! Einige Wanderwege starten direkt am Resort.
