“It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too……

“We went Passover week, so the hotel was very crowded, and the daytime staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, we really enjoyed the dining room breakfast (included), and the patios. Parking lot is small, so you have to get lucky to snag a spot (although it is free to park). The pool water feels chilly, pool towels are hard to get, and lunch options are limited. The dinner buffet was $35 USD per person, so we walked to the Ein Bokek Restaurant (seriously good hummus) for a cheaper meal most……

“The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, but lots of people were using it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat.
