“Beware Foreigners!! The staff here will try to ask you for extra fees and taxes that I had already paid in full with Expedia. I didn’t pay them and once they realized I wasn’t playing their game they left it alone. However I wouldn’t trust them. I showed them that I had paid in full with Expedia and they told me it wasn’t paid and I had to pay in cash. This is a scam. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ”

“The lock on the 8-bedded doem room was damaged & it took 10 mins to ooen the door on 2 occassions. The technician or employee was away for 2 days. On the 3rd day the lock failed & lock had to be broken in after 3 different people tried for over 1 hour to ooen the door using the key.”

“Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere……

“房間資訊誤導以為有私人衛浴，結果是公共衛浴，沒見過這麼小的無法轉身的浴室，而且一靠近就臭死了，選別間吧！它靠gaya街的房間還好，如靠大馬路的房,24小時車聲大到會精神分裂，我以為半夜會較安靜，結果還是撐不住臨時要求換房，還好有一間無窗房沒那麼吵”

“房间好多蚂蚁，外面很吵，晚上一直听到飞机的声音，根本无法睡，设施比较简陋，落后！没有电梯，抬行李累死我了！凌晨四点起床坐早班机，所以酒店没给我们提前准备早餐了！”

“我們在亞庇這家旅館住了兩個晚上，環境整理的很乾淨，但是隔音真的不太好，介意的人入住時要考量一下。以下是我們認為的優缺點: 優點: 1.離機場巴士上下車點約400公尺，記得要搭乘機場巴士，要提前前往，他會提早十分鐘發車。 2.房間及環境整理的很乾淨。 3.店員很有禮貌及熱情。 4.WIFI速度很快。 5.距離Gaya街約500公尺，附近也有幾家不錯的餐館。 6.有附贈簡易的早餐。缺點: 1.房間是輕隔間設計，另外門縫也蠻大的，所以隔音不佳。 2.我們在hotel.com預定的房間沒有對外窗。”

“Great location & beach. Very disappointed with the condition of the property, very run downed. We can see that the property had good bones but just not maintained well. No property toiletries provided I.e face/hand towels, shampoo & conditioners. Aircond had leaks. Doors & windows leading out to the beach was broken. A lot of red ants all over the property. ”
