“The room and the pool are very good, everything is amazing ! however we ordered a room service during our stay, then we have food poisoning after we ate the room service. It breaks our holiday and so disappointed.”

“We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there! This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly. We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and……

“The staff at GP were absolutely lovely and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble, the only downside of this hotel was the pool area, there are no hand rails to get in and out of the pool, I have slight mobility issues and found it incredibly difficult to get out, the steps are really deep, they could also do with a few umbers for shade. ”

“It is located in a remote area. But only ten minutes walking to beach. Clean and new. Breakfast do not have a lot choices but is delicate. The pool is a PLUS.”

“It’s comfortable, tidy.The staff are really nice n helpful. However , some facilities may need to renew like sofa . Still my favourite villa in Phuket. We must choose The Bell next time. ”

“Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food.”
