“absolutely top notch. Very reasonable price cobnsidering we indulged in a premium-king room AND breakfast for two as well. The B/F is also top notch too... well above average. (Often these restaurants with B/F subbed out to them by the hotel are poor, but this one was the opposite). Obviously the location has a big part in this, but if you're there for the uni, or visiting family (as we were) and this suits... it's great. Nice lake over in the residential area opposite (keep walking well past……
