“A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area.”

“Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. “Le foto della stanza che avevamo visto dal sito non erano le stesse. Ci hanno dato una camera al piano - 1, poco illuminato, con le pareti piene di umidità ed il lavandino guasto. Purtroppo, al momento della prenotazione, non ci eravamo accorti che la stanza avesse il bagno in comune con altre persone, le quali fumavano tranquillamente ovunque. Abbiamo richiesto una nuova sistemazione (pagandola a parte perché aveva il bagno in camera) ma il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato la struttura perdendo 1……
