“櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,”

“The hotel is perfectly located and is beautiful. Rooms are immaculate. We had a double room for one night. It provides extra quilt, steamer, plenty of storage, great bathroom with hairdryer that actually dries hair really well. All in all perfect and we will go back for sure. Breakfast is yummy and we were given a welcome glass of wine on arrival at hotel. Nice touch. Only negative is use of pool/spa. We were told had to book and pay 25 euros per person and told nothing available. I booked the……

“The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space. ”
