“Il palazzo è veramente molto bello, gli arredi sono originali, peccato non goda di una manutenzione periodica. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia approfondita. Il personale è stato molto gentile e premuroso. Il matrimonio tipico, in corso durante il nostro soggiorno, pittoresco.”

“I was here for a very short stay, only one night. It was in an area that was a little hard to find and as a single woman, I would not feel totally safe walking around the area. The man at reception was very friendly, efficient and professional, he was my favorite aspect of staying here.”

Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins. J'étais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette……

“Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities ”

“Great place to stay short walk to Downtown and Medina. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day and toiletries and towels refreshed . WiFi was good and 24h reception . Large rooms only a 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, close to the tram station supermarket next door , launderette and many other amenities on the same road. Very friendly staff honestly couldn't ask for more. ”
