“On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working. “Très beau logement mais froid l’hiver, fenêtres non isolantes. La Clim sert de chauffage mais ça ne suffit pas, et le bruit est infernal. “J’avais choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ses espaces de travail. Or ces espaces étaient inaccessibles car en rénovation. De plus j’avais réservé une chambre Triple plus chère afin que nous ayons plus d’espace. C’était juste une chambre de même taille avec un lit de plus sans chaise ni bureau et sans large fenêtre. J’ai finalement obtenu une chambre double à 2 lits jumeaux avec balcon, bureau et chaise au 5e étage… pour le prix d’une chambre triple. L’hôtel ne m’a pas remboursé la différence.”
