“This new property on Sifnos is perfection. There really is no other word to describe it. Book the room with the private pool at the bottom of the property if you want your own pool and the most private of rooms with the best view on site. The staff are fantastic and so quick to respond to new glasses or ice being sent to the room. The daily breakfast by the pool was sensational. Order the freshly scrambled eggs. “Great stay at the Windmill. The location is picturesque and overlooks the entire port. For those where views are king, this is the place for you. The service was amazing and check in was very easy. The host was knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations as to where to go. Upon entering the room, it was very modern but had some stains on the sheets from previous stays and some hair on the floor. Not a huge deal breaker but attention to detail is very important.
