“Very nice and spacious room. Clean. Great exhaust fan in the bathroom that can dry all the clothes in a night. The small balcony is useful for drying clothes. Bathtub with automatic filling water system. Only 2 mins walk from the station with a big supermarket opening till 2500.”

“The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything was as described on website. They also managed to communicate with us throughout technology and this was very important in breaking the language barriers. This was very appreciated. We even received a package of chocolate as gift from them. We really enjoyed the place as other places where we stayed in the country could not match this specific place.”

“施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。”

“We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning.……

“I immediately fell in love with this place, and wish this could be my permanent home in Japan! It's the perfect size, small, but not in a cramped way. The layout of the apartment was perfect. I enjoyed sleeping in the little nook so much, I slept so good. And the sound of the river outside was so peaceful. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the restaurants around the station. Inage grew on me so quickly and now has a special place in my heart.”

“The property is so clean and easily accessible by subway and we also used UbersIt is nice to have 3 separate shower rooms and 3 toilet closets so groups can get ready quickly. Coming to Tokyo for the first time I wasn't sure where to stay- I would maybe stay closer to more of the tourist attractions but the value was unmatched and we had an easy time getting anywhere we needed by subway. And The AC units are all amazing and we slept really well. Thank you! ”
