“很特別的飯店,離加得滿都遠了點,但飯店的設施就足夠讓人呆上整天,特別適合有小孩的家庭入住,房間很大,很溫馨,森林步道不時會有野生的猴子經過,服務人員相當熱情,很重視顧客意見,唯一美中不足是,房間熱水壺沒清潔乾淨,裡面佈滿了油末,~”

“It’s a simple hotel. However, it is very near to the airport. I walked for 15 minutes with my heavy luggage. The road is a bit rough, but even if you take a taxi it’s not expensive. The room is simple yet enough for one night stay to me. The hotel staff are nice. The hotel is located near to many local restaurants. This offers me good choices with inexpensive local food!”

“Hotel was not very upto expectations. A big nallah flows adjacent to the hotel and there is foul smell. The hotel corridors and rooms were also not very clean. Toilets were not in good condition and not clean. However, the owner was co-operative. The good part was that vegetarian food was available in the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting Pashupatinath temple which is only walking distance from the hotel.”

“The room is good, and the hotel staff is friendly. But the pick up service need to have a Name Card to showing the Hotel name and Customer Name. Too bad for picking up service. This one is needed to be improved. ”

“This hotel may have a management problem, and really don’t like their staffs defensive mechanism. They blame the customer first instead of checking it. I ordered airport pick up service for my friend and breakfast take away next morning when I checked in. But they totally forgot! When I called the reception, the receptionist blamed me that I didn’t order it first. I saw the girl help me checked in wrote down details on the paper with my check in details. Although they are nice when you are……
