“Front desk staff and security are nice. Food is okay but very limited variety. Most of the juices and shakes are not available. I don't like the strong scent of air freshener in the lobby. It could have been better if they use mild relaxing scents. What I like is the cleanliness and the spacious rooms. ”

“I loved this property so much. They staff was so professional and friendly. The property was gorgeous and in a great location. The food was so so good too. surprisingly good because everything is made in house. It tasted like they brought in a top tier chef just for this little resort. My girlfriend and I kept on getting room service because we enjoyed everything we ate so much. We stayed in the Lava room, and when we come back to Camiguin, we want to try one of the different rooms at this……

“The resort recently launched their soft opening, so everything was brand new. The accommodations were clean and the staff was extremely attentive. The food was good with large portion sizes, and breakfast being included was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the bar is not consistently staffed, and the swim up isn't exactly swimup-able.”
“Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing.
Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection
Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.”
