"I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not ..."

"Vilken service!! Hjälpte oss att byta rum till ett tystare rum efter en natt där vi inte sov så bra. Det andra rummet var knäpptyst! Hjälpte oss sedan med sen check-out då vårat plan gick sent på kvällen. Fick checka ut 18:00 utan kostnad. Magi!! Tack så hemskt mycket!!"
