“We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is being situated on top of a hill and there are a lot of stairs. But the views are amazing and there is a convenient elevator to get down to the beach. “What an excellent hotel! I loved everything about my 6-night stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with a view of the sea. The hotel is on a lovely beach that feels far from the crowds (although the action is only a short walk away), and the hotel provides free beach loungers. “The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.”

“Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits à cet hôtel. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Le personnel à l’accueil était très accueillant et nous a bien aidé dans nos recherches. Elles n’ont pas hésité à faire des appels pour nous afin de faire des réservations. Le seul point négatif est que l’eau embouteillée et le café n’étaient fournis que la première journée. Par contre, il y a un petit marché à 2 minutes de marche. Très pratique ! Nous avons aussi adoré le petit restaurant……
