“Four of us celebrating having or soon to turn 40. House was amazing - I understand some of the comments about the steep hill down to the water, but that did not stop us (use the driveway, don't go down the grass!). Communication with the host was fantastic, the house was in great shape, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby. We all agreed it's one of the best houses that we've rented. ”

“George and Subhas home was perfect for our family to spend a weekend in southern Connecticut while in town for the weekend to visit friends. We have two young daughters (age 1 and age 6) and always try to find places to stay where they can have their own room. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with VERY comfortable king beds. “We stayed for a birthday weekend with a few other couples and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each 'area' of the house is incredibly comfortable (especially the movie theater). If you need anything there are plenty of stores close by and the area is very safe. Overall, no complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.”

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five.
The facility is too old to use.
To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times.
The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill.
The drain of the tub is only half-working.
When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued.
AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts.
Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30.
Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up.
Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!!
By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
