Nice hotel room, and good area, 5mins from downtown was helpful. The man who was running the front desk “Jay” was nice but we had some issues and he wasn’t very helpful. He double charged my card purposefully BEFORE I even checked in fully, and tried to tell me that Days Inn charges commission on Expedia bookings. I went outside to grab my husband, and my phone dinged off from my bank account with 2 transactions for the same amount, again… BEFORE I decided if we even wanted to keep our reservation. So instead of paying $100 for a night, I paid $200 and have yet to see any of the second charge returned.
