“Staff very nice. Clean rooms. Nice linens. Tasty food options throughout the day. Lovely music in the evenings. Great snorkeling a short walk away. Site adjacent to public beach. Pretty pricey at $1K /night (without breakfast). Unfortunately none-resort residents walk the resort, use the resort's bathroom & outdoor shower facilities and pool. Ironically on my last day, one of the staff asked me for my room number when I asked for a towel by the pool- not their practice to ask, it was his way……

“The property overall is great. There are some renevarions underway so in the future it will be even nicer. For the price this is an excellent choice. The pool is outstanding!”

And the location was convenient to several good restaurants and a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to shops. The condo feels very homey and has plenty of beach gear that you can borrow. It was a great place to say.”

The kids and grandkids were especially pleased at how smoothly the golf cart service to the beach worked as well as the family friendly pool. The rooms have all the comforts of home that made an extended 2-week vacation most comfortable: full kitchen, washer/dryer, housekeeping, and more. We loved every minute of having access to the neighboring Hyatt Hotel amenities without all the chaos of staying there. Thanks for a great summer vacation!”

“Location - right next to the dumpster and the smoking section… nothing like trash and smoke smell all week. The room was similar to a rundown super 8, not clean, the beds were not comfortable and didn’t really feel comfortable staying there. There was 1 box of Kleenex with 2 tissues in it, lack of dishes had us running dishwasher daily, and the demands by the host made us feel like we had to leave it cleaner than when we came. We were not impressed in the least and will not recommend nor stay……

“Gorgeous property grounds and the condo is impeccable. My husband and I shared one room and our adult son the other. 2 master bedrooms make it ideal. The lanai is beautiful and the view is spectacular. My only suggestions would be to include binoculars, more wall hooks, and new shower heads. The remodel on this place is perfect. The outdoor pools and Duke's restaurant on the property make it extra special and convenient. Parking was a breeze as well. I HIGHLY recommend this unit. It is truly……

“This VRBO rental was outstanding! The condo was amazing and I feel that the pictures online did not do it justice! There was a full kitchen, living room, dining table, a huge walk-in bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate large tub! It also had its own master bedroom and the bed was very comfy! The closet space was perfect, and even was stocked up with beach chairs, pool noodles, a full ice chest, and even a high chair and booster seat which we didn’t need lol!……

“I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. It was very frustrating getting inside, but once I did, I really liked……

“Beautiful, peaceful and serene location. Be award that if the country sounds of roosters crowing will bother you- stay somewhere else. We enjoyed them, they are a part of our farm at home. You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating Host, in Annie. She was always available and willing to help with needs and answer questions. The Unit itself is eclectic and shows her vibrant personality in the colors on the walls! There is a need for a few upgrades that would help raise the level of comfort. Side……
