“這個住宅飯店 (Wailea Ekolu Village, A Destination Residence)很寬敞，客廳、廚房及居家設備都十分完整，有一種回到家的感覺，很適合家庭旅遊的朋友。飯店位於茂宜南邊，當地居民較多遊客較少，走路可到的餐廳較少，但多了一份寧靜。特別提醒第一次來的朋友，這間住宅飯店事實上是集中了很多出租民宅、別墅，所以直接依地址到現場會一頭霧水，我問當地居民飯店接待中心在那裏，沒人清楚，只回應這區都是住宿區。真正的接待中心在旁邊的MonkeyPod購物中心其中一間,招牌名稱是Destination Resorts Hawaii..”

“Cheak in 時間有限制，當初有事先告知會晚到，但只收到謝謝告知，以為會等我們到結果沒有，當天耗費了許多時間，撥了無數通電話才cheak in 成功(最後是保全幫忙)，如果會晚到一定要問怎麼cheak in，房間的位置是靠走廊的，所以外面有人走路、講話、停車，都會聽得非常清楚，比較淺眠的可能要多考慮。房間外的景色非常優美，可以但到海及椰子樹，設備也非常齊全，有廚房有海灘椅洗衣機各種想的到的設備幾乎都有，非常像本來就住在那，我想這就是公寓式的迷人之處，但房間外有小飛蟲，會在房間天花板，有時會掉到床上，這點我比較不喜歡，離海邊非常近走路就可以到，附近也很多餐廳。”

“This condo was just as described. The location is perfect. It was well equipped and very quiet. The water views were beautiful. Saw lots of whales from the condo. The pool was very nice. We just wished there was some shade/ umbrellas there. If you book this, you won't be disappointed. We were there January 31-February 12th.”

“Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful space with an ocean view. There was a small welcome gift. We loved our stay. The only regret was we were only there 3 nights.”

“Overall the property was nice with great location. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. The proprietor was very thoughtful in the amenities both for the room and beach going. She was very welcoming, accommodating and available if needed. The room was also very affordable without feeling cheap or compromising quality. We would definitely be willing to stay here again the next time we visit. ”

“Perfect condo for a week in Maui. Excellent location, quick walk to the pool/beach but up a bit so it was super quiet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in/check-out process also! Will definitely stay here again! ”

“We were a family of eight adults and six children ages seven and under. The pool and yard were amazing. We used all of the open areas inside and out but really loved the huge covered lanai. We also rented the Ohana unit for one of our little families. They appreciated the quiet down there. Note that you must go outside to reach it, but we didn’t mind. House was very well stocked with beach towels/regular towels and paper products. The beach is so convenient and undeveloped. We rented wagons and……

Great facilities with an average room and service

"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
