The Very First Vrbo Guest at this Newly Built Property
Great, conveninet base to explore the Kawartha Lakes region, and only 17 minutes to nearby Bobcageon. Mere steps to the lakeshore properties and boat docks, with a great little convenience story, breakfast cafe that serves as a fuel stop for boaters.The property is newly built, and the amiable and helpful landlord (who's on site) is still working on his adjacent property....so there is a bit of a still-working-on it atmosphere. Nonetheless, the setup is nice, and the unit is set up as a home with three nice bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a big laundry room, and a great wraparound balcony. It also features a small garden and a rooftop deck ideal for sunbathing or stargazing.Think you will be quite comfortable and satisfied with your choice.
