“great facilities and clean room but spent too much time on check-in process.”

“The stay was great - easy place to stay close to Wai-o-tapu Thermal Wonderland which is why we wanted to be there. Clean, roomy, nice bed and reasonably private. Very quite and scenic. Needs a curtain for the kitchen window and a bigger mirror in the bathroom. Also beware: no Wifi. I had two 4G bars on my phone so that was good enough but pretty limited.”

“Had a great stay. We had all we needed there and a paradise at the door step. Easy lake access, nearby mountain biking and even some kayaks we could use. The place is big enough to hold a couple families and have a great time hanging out out together. ”

“This place is amazing - so much to like. The view is straight across from the beach - we booked a 2nd floor room with a view and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to stay (we stayed 3 nights). Unit was self contained so we had enough towels, tea towels etc to see us through - perfect! We cooked in the oven and the microwave - no issues at all. Free coffee/tea etc saw us through the whole 3 days. The balcony had beautiful comfy couch and 2 single chairs, coffee table……

“This is my 3rd stay at this wonderful place and both me and my 8 year old boy loved it. Pam and Neville are just lovely hosts and everything is just so easy to enjoy. The garden is beautiful the location right by the lake and playground is perfect. We stayed in the caravan which is clean and has everything needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We love staying here with you”
