“The property is clean and located just outside Rotorua town, about 12 kilometers. It is easy to commute into town and around for activities. Well away from the Rotorua smell, which takes some getting used to. We will book again for sure!”

“Loved this property it was really lovely and the wood fire which had warmed the house throughout was so welcoming. We had a variety of school age students n having them all under one roof was great. The kitchen was a good size for 20 odd people and bedrooms were a good size and well ventilated. I suggest you get a few more living room chairs in the lounge space so more people can sit comfortably in the living room without having to sit at table. Beautiful, peaceful setting with a lovely……
