“Well I booked on line, received confirmation of booking. Extremely difficult to find. When arrived and spoke with host. He claimed they have no records of my booking, and it was already booked for the weekend. The host claimed that he doesn’t use the VRBO application to rent his house. You charged my credit card $361 for the house and I request that you refund the full amount because we were not able to stay there and we had to find and pay for another accommodation. Thank you Unsatisfied……

“The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. ”

“New hotel in Bqguio, a must to check out! Affordable, spacious, with nice light vibes; good quality service, friendly smiling staff . Baguio is not as cold as it was before. Unlike the old classic hotel properties in the city, that dont have AC in the rooms, this hotel has AC installed in the rooms , that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The only thing downside maybe is the exterior design- make it more inviting… make the walkway better looking… additional nature touch to the front……
