“The outrigger hotel is located in an ideal location to many outdoor activities and airport. The hotel is well kept, clean, nice pools for families, and walking distance to the beach. The room was a bit outdated, drawers stuck, back door was difficult to lo lock and shutters stiff and noisy. Note to renter- bring all toiletries, coffee/filters, and there is only cleaning service if you pay for it. You also have to remove all trash regularly. No microwave available. “Great unit with an awesome view to wake up to. We had an issue with the lock on arrival but the management company was extremely responsive in sorting it out. My only complaint is that the BBQ’s are way over by the garbage bins which doesn’t necessarily make you want to Grimm. Otherwise great property and would recommend. ”

“Me and my boyfriend stayed here. This is a room off the main house. Some felt the listing was misleading but if you read details it’s clear. This could not be a more perfect location. We walked to Skipwreck Beach, the hike there at shipwreck, Poipu Beach, Puka Dogs, saw the turtles, used the pool, and rented bikes. This is an intimate stay with a perfect location.David was accommodating and we were able to check in early to get ready for our luau. Loved every minute of Kaui. ”

“My partner and I enjoyed staying here. The view of the ocean and sunrise was beautiful! Also the location next to the Coconut marketplace is super convenient. The room was a little outdated but overall fine. The bed is thin and hard if that’s what you’re into. Another thing to note is that it’s quite busy (not loud) with people walking by on the cement walkway/path directly in front of the condo. Parking was a bit limited at times and we had to park out on the street by the marketplace one……

“We had a fantastic stay in Poipu! From the start, communication was prompt, and the check-in process was seamless. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and space, even more so than the pictures suggested. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Poipu Beach. If you head 100 yards west, you'll find excellent boogie boarding, and 100 yards east, you can spot at least 20 turtles at sunrise and sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay……

“When we first pulled in we were very confused where to go to check in. Property staff were all very friendly and they text on various days fun daily treats they are giving out such as hot dogs/chips, hot cocoa and piña coladas.
