“I have never seen a hotel like this. They were very specific on customer behaviors they felt as acceptable. Signs were posted everywhere. It almost felt they were too controlling. But as a customer, I actually liked it! It's a paradigm shift for me. Would I reserve a room again? Probably. Actually definitely! I just wish I knew these things before I booked.”

“Just in town for less than 24 hours & needed something near the casino. The front desk is at the back of the complex. The older lady that checked us in was so sweet & helpful. The young man checked us out was very polite. The room was clean & no musky odor. It’s not the prettiest but we were just looking for clean, safe & close to the attraction. ”

“This is now a Red Roof Inn, and it's your basic motel: bare bones, park outside your door, etc. It's clean, quiet, the thermostat works and there's a microwave & a full-size fridge in the room. I'm a business traveler, and I should point out that there's no closet and no hangars, so it was tricky to hang my dress shirts and sport coats. It's a two-minute walk to a Waffle House, so breakfast was easy.”

“Check in was easy. Customer service was great. We were put in a room all the way at the end out of view . Room smelt very musty, and like someone was smoking cigarettes and marijuana in it. We were able to switch rooms which was great. Parking lot started getting packed after 5pm. Cars bumping sound systems for 2 hours non stop. Loud noises outside, people stomping feet about our room. Had trouble getting to sleep due to all the noise - VERY loud outside the windows .. lots of commotion going……

“My best friend and I had an absolutely relaxing time here, I wish we had stayed longer! The property is very unique and exactly like the pictures. We spent so much of our time just sitting out back watching the water and enjoying the hot tub and porch swing (also, two of the trees out back are perfect for a hammock!). Owners were great communicators and access was super easy. Also the neighbors we ran into were so friendly! Highly recommend!”

“The cabin was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. The only downside was that the towns nearby were sleepers, with nothing to do and terrible restaurants, our biggest entertainment was going to the Farm Store to see baby chickens. The Inn in Berkeley was higher priced,and the food was awful. We ended up at the Food Lion, getting groceries and cooking our own meals. ”
